PE on cycle recruiting
Senior in college with a BB IB job lined up after graduation. Trying to get a better understanding for what on-cycle recruiting looks like / what the time line is? Is it beneficial to start reaching out to headhunters or do they contact you when the time is right? Blows my mind that people are talking about there next job before they even start their first one, but don’t want to miss out. Appreciate the insight.
