PE Recruiting If Starting In December
As the title states, I plan on joining my IB as an analyst in December (I have already done a summer internship in IB). Over the next couple of months, I plan on preparing for Private Equity Interviews.
I was wondering if firms/headhunters would even take a look at me for the 2024 PE Associate class if I start in Dec. 2022? (Particularly MF and UMM firms)
Would love to hear any advice or recommendations, especially since I am planning on doing PE for the long term.
