PE Resume Critique

Looking for some advice on the resume. Currently a senior associate (really a junior VP) looking to jump to another fund (basically for more deal experience and increased responsibility). Straight promote through IB to an associate then jumped into post MBA PE position (but no MBA). Been a while since I redid the ressie and I came up with this

"Selected Notable Accomplishments" and "Day to Day Responsibilities" bullets are no consistently formatted, one section ends each bullet with a semi-colon and the other does not. It could just be because I've been reading legal documents all day, but the semi-colon format is typically reserve for enumerated lists.

Second, Im not in PE, but the 2 deals in your notable accomplishments section both fell apart. I'm sure this is fairly common, but #1- maybe you can rephrase so it doesn't sound so negative. Especially the "fell apart at the 11th hour" comment, it almost builds anticipation leading into the next bullet to see if that deal closed or not, and guess what, it didn't. Maybe don't even put the close/not-close in the description and leave it for interview convo.

I'm assuming the intentionally left PC Company Responsibilities sections blank for WSO posting.
