PE SA FT IB Recruiting

Recently wrapped up a PE SA position at a MM PE firm. Great experience, but want to pursue IB FT for greater deal execution, location, etc. They took a very small % of interns, and I did not receieve an offer. Received great feedback this summer but was not selected for FT.

I recruited for FT IB last year, so I am rekindling some of those relationships + building new. I understand this will be an uphill battle, with perfection in interviews, and a little bit of luck on openings necessary. Would love to hear any advice on FT recruiting.
