PE with healthcare focus: physician practice valuation

Hi,

I am about to be interviewed by a fund with a focus on healthcare buy and build, specifically in the outpatient care segment. Just curious how you would value a practice? What multiples are paid for practices with 10-50 employees? What else is taken into consideration?

Looking forward to some insights. Thanks!
