Can't say anything about culture, but have some interesting assets / exits. Sold SBS to Enverus (BX business) for a eye-popping multiple but this was in January pre SaaS meltdown (still think it would've sold for a lot regardless of timing).
Their name was inspired by ripping off Stonepeak and Blackrock.
