Perks London KKR

What are the perks of working at KKR in London please?
What’s the meal allowance and gym subsidy? Regular fancy team events? How’s the office? Can people work from a different country occasionally? How many holidays a year? Thanks!

Office: Really nice office (they moved in 2022) - bespoke interior, open-plan and spiral staircase centerpiece (plenty of pictures online), terrace that actually gets used throughout the summer, well stocked kitchens, lovely staff, generally best-in-class tech/desk and accessibility features

Events/Social: Regular firm-wide and affinity group events/dinners (in common area, terrace, or external locations), teams tend to self-organise stuff (spin class etc) and then spring/winter team events.

Meals: One of the best in-house restaurants in London finance (fully catered breakfast and lunch and all-day barista) and it's 100% free. Used to have more chefs and wider menu but it's still beyond good. Standard evening delivery allowance.

Holidays & benefits: Mostly in-line with other funds. In-house GP, gym allowance, maternity/paternity leaves, health cover etc etc.

Any idea about NY office? Presume it’s similar but likely varies slightly
