With recruiting for 2023 seemingly coming up, thought it may be good to get a discussion going on the different types of sometimes underappreciated perks some firms out there offer. Any notable things like early/aggressive levered co-invest options, being able to fly first class for all business trips, WFH flexibility, unique team vacations, etc. etc. would be interesting to hear. Goes without saying, but the more specific you can be about type/size of fund, the better.
