Is every firm different with restrictions?

Ya most have different rules. I personally cannot trade anything other than mutual funds and crypto.
PE - only restricted from stocks that make it on the watch list (mostly those we’re doing a deal with). Also need to pre-clear any outside private investments
So can trade most single names and options, etc?

No restrictions but we also don't have any involvement with publics.
No restrictions other than pre clearing trades with the compliance tool. Waiting for someone to email me asking why I've been yoloing meme stock trades...
