PE/Structured Product Shops That are very Hybrid?
So basically, I have a family member who is sick. I need to spend some time with him and help my other parent. I dont need to be completely work from home, but probably a week a month or something like that. How willing do you think firms would be to accommodate that? I would probably be able to do this at my current job if I asked, but the culture is very much if you're not seen you're not doing anything (we're currently 5 days a week in ).
Any thoughts?
