PJT Park Hill Real Estate Group Interview (NY office)

Hi everyone, I'm having a first-round interview with that group next week. Can anyone give specific guidance on what the group is doing, as there is really limited information that can be found online. And what kind of questions should I expect (Why PJT, Why division), what kind of technicals should I know?

Is the division doing capital raise for people in the real estate industry? Find potential clients and analyze how they can be of help and then connect their clients with investors?
