Portfolio Analyst PE Firm Interview (PE ops)

I have an interview for a “portfolio analyst” position at a PE firm. From what I’ve gathered from the recruiter and initial round of the interview process, I will essentially be a liaison between a group of the PE portfolio companies and the COO/operations leadership team. They told me my responsibilities would be to sit on board of directors meetings of their portfolio companies and be an “expert” of the companies I oversee. There could be some cap table analysis and I will be doing the majority of my analysis using a platform called “iLevel”. Has anyone done an interview for something similar? Or does anyone work for PE ops. What can I expect from the role itself and what more should I prepare for from an interviewing standpoint? Thanks
