Private Equity Firms with robust portfolio operations teams?
Long story short, I'm looking to pivot into portfolio operations at private equity firms and am realizing that not all firms have a dedicated portfolio ops function. Aside from Blackstone and KKR Capstone, what are some private equity MM firms that have portfolio ops or at least a heavy focus on operational improvements? Also, can any one share the name of any recruiting companies that focus on portfolio ops for private equity?
Several industrial firms have large ops teams - Monomoy, Middleground (Monomoy spin out), KPS, IOP to name a few
