Private Equity in DMV Area

Currently an IB analyst looking to move on from banking based in DC. I've got a decent sense for some of the larger names (Carlyle, Arlington Capital, etc.) but would appreciate any insight into other MM / LMM firms that may go under the radar that are based in the DMV. I currently don't do any ADG work and would like to avoid it if possible, but so many firms have that as a speciality it seems like I'm running out of options.
