Hey guys, I have an informational interview with an MD from a PE Land Fund coming up in a few weeks and I have absolutely no idea how they are special in comparison with other types of PE funds, Google has been somewhat helpful in enlightening me on the industry, however any insight into Land Funds beyond a generic description of what a land fund is and how it operates would be greatly appreciated.
Also, what kind of questions should I ask? I will probably be meeting him for coffee around 3-4 so I will need to keep it brief.
