Ana2 at a mid-tier BB here - in process for an Associate position within the sourcing team of a US UMM PE fund.
As per WSO the position looks like a telemarketer one, what's the reality of the assignments ? Is it that bad ?
Does a position in sourcing silo you ? Do you think this model has a future and the skills could be transferrable to other sponsors (though not within their core investment team) ?
