Has anyone had any experience going from MM project finance/muni IB to infrastructure PE? If so, how did you go about the recruiting process? What resources did you leverage? I'm currently in a situation where I'm unsure if its even worth it to recruit/prep for PE (off-cycle), or if it makes more sense to lateral to my firm's for-profit Infra/Energy group.
