Which qualities would you say lead to the best careers in the PE industry? Is it the amount of informations you can get? The ability to deliver? The way you manage office politics?
I am actually interested to see if these qualities differ from the ones needed in the investment banking industry.

I believe its depending on your role and rank in the firm as well as the investment philosophy which the PE firm is adopting.
