I've been seeing some job descriptions now start to mention that they will consider well-known 2-year rotational programs (think FAANG finance rotational programs) along with the traditional IB and PE backgrounds for junior roles.
Anyone else hear of this becoming standard practice as I will probably be accepting a FAANG 2 year rotational program offer for 2024 with hopes of going into PE/GE/VC down the line.
