I want to get more experience in my current role, i lateraled in as a 2nd year and want to wait 2 years before PE recruiting to get more deal/modeling experience. Also I’d hit the A2A promote and get a signing + stub if I did this and leave in the summer so no clawback. Is this route possible/common? Thoughts? Opinions?
