Roll Up-focused PE funds
Can anyone please provide the names of sponsors who employ a roll up strategy in their investments? Looking primarily for funds that emphasize industry consolidation and usually invest with the intent to perform several bolt-ons as opposed to mega funds or larger MM funds that occasionally invest in these opportunities.
There are hundreds of these. The most obvious is Audax, but many PE firms use this strategy.
