Hi, I am a recent undergrad from a top school with an interview at Sankaty for a portfolio operations associate position. There is no information that I can find telling me anything about role specs, salary, interview process, prestige, etc... Is there someone out there who can explain to me these details in a nutshell?

I'm not sure how much help I can give you, but I can tell you that "portfolio operations" is probably the portfolio management side, i.e., not deal origination.
