Secondaries hours are good. 60-70 average. My senior partners are out of here by 4:45. Not at those firms but a smaller secondaries shop
Is HL a good shop in the secondaries space
Not as good as other big names, comp is far below average

Bump on comp - how does comp scale from an associate onwards at a major secondaries shop? Is it close to IB?
From what i’ve heard networking briefly with secondaries, MF/large secondaries shop hours are 70 on normal days 80+ on deal days.
Not IB hours but you’d be lucky to work less than 65 at a respectable firm.
