Seeking your opinions - boredom

Dear all,It has been now almost a year and a half that I am in banking. Had the opportunity to work on a variety of topics and situations. The job is great and I would potentially be very much looking forward staying.Nevertheless, over this past 1.5 years, I have not been stimulated, not tired, never felt like I was used at my capacity. I initially came to banking for 1) the big picture of what we do in the job, 2) finally get something that channels my hyperactivity and 3) challenge.Anyways I will not ramble about the whys and ques. Basically bored as hell here and was wondering if any of you switched to something more brain-intense, brain-stimulating, overwhelming almost.I thought of PE like bx but hierarchical structures might again dampen my learning curve (only at the office obv doing stuff myself but can only give it smaller amount of time). Are VC / Growth Equity more stimulating?I suspect i will end up between a burn-out or a hedge fund in the end anyways.
