Sharing reviews with headhunters

Currently at an MBB, received my review for this year and it's a standard rating (not bottom or top bucket) but has elements/criteria where I "outperformed" as top bucket, however, overall rating is middle bucket (MBB hands out very few top buckets)

Question is, should I share this with HH? I actually want to because I think it will be another helpful reference point for them and the funds to see that my team likes me and my work but would love some advice from associates/those that have gone through this process.

Normally, I would say just sharing your rating (verbally) is enough, but the fact that your rating alone  doesn’t appropriately capture your differentiation makes me reconsider.

Is there perhaps a summary version with the ratings but not commentary that you can share? I  just worry that you’re unleashing development areas  or negative feedback that you didn’t plan to share if you give the whole thing.
