Short interview processes?
What are everyone’s thoughts on firms that have very short interview processes? Do you think this is a red flag / concern?

Define short? Is 10 minutes a red flag? I think so. At most half hour max is the norm because they’re interviewing a lot of people and they need to have the adequate time for everyone. If let’s say your interview was 30 minutes and it goes under by 15 it could be sign that they didn’t want to progress earlier. I’ve seen it happen while interviewing candidates we just politely close off the interview early because we know they’re not the right fit.
