Should I take FAANG offer or internship at ivy endowment?

Both intern roles. Endowment internship is at a middle ivy managing billions. FAANG is SWE internship. The latter obviously pays more, but I think working at my school's endowment would be a unique and new experience.I wonder if the endowment is worth it for the future opportunities/connections it could offer, which could boost my future earning potential.

I don’t understand how people get a finance internship and recruit for SWE. Im assuming you’re at an ivy.

Do they ask hard questions at all during these interviews for Ivy League schools? During my college years there was know way you could be comprehensive on both.

Obviously these roles are very different. What are your career aspirations? Are you a CS major?

FAANG is a bigger name but working at an Ivy League school's endowment is nothing to scoff at. If you want to work in finance longer-term, I think the endowment route might be the better move. You could argue the FAANG role probably gives you more optionality overall but might create a slightly harder pivot into finance. Given the caliber of the school you attend, I don't think it should make a huge difference. I'd go for the role you think is more interesting.
