Small firm premium

Hi,

Working at a Belgium family office, investing in SMEs. Right now I am working on a valuation model and looking for some literature to back my small firm premium (i.e. Duff & Phelps - Guide to cost of capital) which can be added to the CAPM. Can somebody help me out?
