Small infra PE - what do you use for deal file storage?
"I just joined a small infra PE firm and we don't really have a real system for deal and portfolio docs yet, just personal drives tied to each individual person working here. Looking to build a medium term centralized system for the firm and some have suggested OneDrive/Sharepoint but not sure if it is the best system.
Curious what some other firms use for a shared file system or if anyone has any advice on building this that would be greatly appreciated.
In non-infrastructure LMM PE. We use Dropbox as our shared file system. I think it's works well - it shows when the file was last edited and by who and a notices pops up if 2 different people are editing the same file at the same time.
