So for those that skipped oncycle - what are next steps?
I know a good amount of 1st years decided to skip oncycle so was curious as to what is the timeline going forward for off-cycle (when should we expect that to kick off) and how does that whole process works?
Also, any thoughts as doing on-cycle a year from now (pros + cons)?
