Software Due Diligence
Hi Monkeys, I have an upcoming case study with a tech fund focusing on software.
For those with experience looking at software companies - what are typically the most important diligence considerations if you would / would not invest in the company?
I appreciate customer cohorts (churn, retention etc.) are one important factor, what else do you normally consider?

Retention stats, clv / cac, other software ratios, competitive moats, revenue growth profile / margins (“rule of …”) and then just other areas that you would always diligence - GTM, talent, delivery, customer concentration, etc.
