When a sponsor invests say $500 million of cash equity in the business, why is the APIC not always $500 million? I've seen some statements of shareholder equity that will say $450 million in member contributions that year even though cash equity is $500M? Where does the full reconciliation on the statements surrounding sponsor equity contribution? Assume no dividend recap, etc.
