Started at a bad fund…

Graduated a year ago, after a couple of IB internships I landed a FT gig on the investment team of an Infra PE in Paris.  Fund is not doing great and the calibre of the people is questionable at best. How to transition from here? MBA? Wait a year or two to try and lateral to a better firm?

Are you French? If yes, really no need for an MBA. Best to do is wait a year or two and make the most of your experience deal/exposure wise. Will be easy for you to lateral when the good opportunity presents itself
btw sorry to hear abt your situation

Just curious, what does "prick" mean? Intense? Demanding? Would love to know haha
