Starting New Role -- Thinking about Lateraling / MBA
Hi All -- I am starting a role as PE associate in a couple of months and the shop is a 2 and out.
Besides focusing on doing well on my job, I would love to hear what things you did when you first started as a PE associate that helped shaped your career positively.
I know that at 2 and out shops, it's either lateraling, BSchool, or an alternative role. How soon did you prepare for apps, speak to recruiters, etc.
Any advice will be helpful because I want to be ahead of this!
