Stay in PE or exit to Corp Dev

Ignore the title, but im a PE Analyst (MM-LMM Fund in HCOL city). All in I make around 180k this year. I recently got an offer in corp dev for around ~140k at a public corporation. I’m having a really hard time from making a decision because of the paycut with this new role and potential upside from being in private equity in terms of comp. Just wanted to hear people’s thoughts on this since I already know PE isn’t what I want to do long term.
