Staying Motivated Through End of Program?

Context: Associate on my way out this summer to pursue other interests not in PE (team is aware of this). Have always been a good performer, but I've recently found it really difficult to find the motivation to really do much. I generally am responsive when necessary, but I've noticed an overall sluggishness -- taking my time on deliverables, ignoring weekend requests that I know aren't that urgent, delaying slow burn workstreams, etc.

I'm sure my team has noticed to some extent, and I just don't want to leave a horrible taste in their mouth the last 3 months after 2 years of really good reviews. That being said, I'm mentally done with this job, and I can't help but "mail it in," as I've realized the way I've been living the last 2 years has been completely unsustainable for me and the burnout is really taking its toll.

Anyone had similar experiences and can share any thoughts on an appropriate balance?
