Any view on culture? Heard its rough...
Also, what's their strategy? Trying to figure out if it's just the tech boom of the last decade or they are focused on a specific niche, buy-and-build etc. Are they truly different to any other LMM/MM fund to continue to generate solid returns...
Culture - not sure, worked a few years ago with one of the Partners there when I was sell-side - he was not easy to deal with. Curious to hear more of what you heard?
I do think they have been fortunate with growth being aligned to what did well in the last decade. Although, frankly, I don't think its much different to an Inflexion or Livingbridge in terms of strategy.
