Associate in London
Know a couple of people at TA and here are my two cents:
The junior team (analyst, associates, and VPs) are generally extremely hardworking, diligent, and friendly. Like most GE shops, they have a pretty fun and fratty vibe especially in the consumer team.
Junior roles in GE are narrowly defined so everyone largely occupies a sourcing role. Junior level does partake in some level of the value creation process, but that is mostly VP and up.
really depends if you like sourcing and can tolerate it for years to come.
