The earlier the better ?
Hi All,
Just wondering - does it make sense to move asap when the “dream opportunity” + promotion comes up ? (ie before bonus / actual 2/3 months interview training) Or is it better to delay and wait for the next round once you are in the HH database ? Ideally would wait, but am scared of missing the opportunity / I will very likely try to move in the coming year anyway. What is commonly done at junior level ?
