The Sobrato Organization - SF family office?
Hey y'all - anyone familiar with The Sobrato Org? It's a family office in SF. I've heard their interview processes are brutal (12 rounds, complex case studies) but don't know much else about them. Curious from those who are familiar with them - do they have a good reputation in the market? what are their hours like? Culture? Do they do interesting deals - direct investments only, or LP capital too, pref and debt as well? Any interesting perks? Silo'd or generalist? Are institutional players familiar with them?
