Thoughts on BX as an investment?

Thinking about placing some $$$ in BX and curious what the group here thinks about the firm as an investment vehicle. Yes, I know you're investing in the 20, not the 80. But still. Curious. Thanks!

BX will always be able to raise funds, but they won't be able to at the magnitude or frequency as they did before. the yield seems nice, but don't see much growth; and since shareholders only have a piece of the mgt co from what i understand, none of the back end profits of the fund...additional consideration is the K-1 you have to file annually which is additional paperwork to track...if it falls a bit more, may be interesting
