Sweaty
Heard there was significant turnover at the junior level - anyone know why?
Very sweaty and based on the wide range of outreach, desperate for hires right now. Their low number of investment professionals for the deal volume they look at is ludicrous, so I'm sure the people still there are absolutely cranking. Great name in infra for sure, but you'll be the palest person in Miami from working all day and night.
Is comp street (275-325k all-in) relative to UMM peers in the +12bn fund size?
Any insight on MBA placement?
