The interview was abuse fr lol, the first 3 min were already into technicals on capital structures, and pretty much IB technical questions for the whole 30 minutes lol. Second round interview was a breeze with no technicals at all, but I didn't make it past the case study, was hard asf

On the advisory side - I’ve always enjoyed working with them. Always a good team to bounce ideas/opportunities off of. They are very easy to work with, can be flexible and creative on deal structure. I have gotten the sense that their diligence is light given just how quickly they can move… but maybe that’s an indication of juniors getting crushed. Not sure what their returns are like, but they have co-investors that allow them to scale a lot on GP-leds ($15-25m to $100m+ checks). So, if LPs are willing to back them that much then they must be doing something right. If they hit the $500m target on the latest fundraise that will be a good indication.
