I might be asking for too much here, but are there any solid venture growth firms (at least $500M in last fund raised) that also have a solid work-life balance? Looking to log 60-70 hours a week max with occasional 90 hour weeks during a live deal with minimal weekend work

Insight does everything from venture to buyout, but I've heard good things about hours at the junior level. In line with what you're looking for. I would add that most venture growth firms aren't going to be 100+ like typical sweatshop IB. 60-70 is probably a decent expectation.
