There is no way this is actually the name of a fund or whatever this is supposed to be.
Nvm, just looked it up. They actually chose to combine the words Trans and Ransom to come up with their name.
Used to send opportunities to these guys in my previous sell-side banking life. They didn’t go very far in many of our processes, but seemed like very nice, friendly & smart folks that asked good questions.
