Has anyone interviewed for TSG Consumer / has any idea about culture? Especially if about the New York Office

Anecdotal but have heard from a couple friends there that culture in their NYC office keeps getting worse (vs. what it used to be), which has led to a solid amount of churn at associate levels over the past few years. Still probably doesn't come close to MF hours / intensity
