Right now, some of the big issues: - continuation of amend-and-extend - municipal bond market breakdown? - selling assets/divisions --> divestitures (See: Pringles/P&G, ITT, BP, others)
The market is not as hot as it was in 2008-early 2009. Still some big name Chapter 11s recently.
