Applies to LMM mostly but MM is fine too. When executing a turnaround or making distressed investments, whos coming up with creative ideas around the legal end of things specifically?
Your investment team? Attorneys? RX bankers?
I've been very disappointed with a few of the firms we've used, and was hoping they'd be more creative. The rx bankers seem much better, but consistently the best ideas seem to be from those on investment teams.
