Understanding Most Common PE Businesses
Currently in IB and while I have an understanding of the common characteristics of PE targets, i'm trying to get a sense of the actual businesses that are targeted by PE. Was wondering if anyone could provide colour on where they see some of the most competition / attention / investment dollars being spent currently or over the next few years.
