It's one of the best VC's out there. USV is heavily focused on their investment thesis' (based around networks). Expect your traditional VC interview questions (market trends, interesting start-ups, etc.)
I know one of the past analysts and know of a few others by reputation. This is a seriously legit firm and one of the best undergrad jobs out there. I tend to discourage undergrads who want to go into VC directly out of school but USV is one of the few exceptions (along with Bessemer and Insight).
ive heard they are tough interviews. so prepare well and come in with multiple ideas.
May be replying too late but they look for candidates (even at the analyst level) with unique perspectives on the areas they invest in. So study their portfolio companies, read the partners' blogs (I think most have them), and have informed opinions on those industries or topics that were brought up.
